Over the last few days we have seen two key moments in the development of one of our international, high-flow hydrogen fuelling. First, we received a visit from Covalion, a spin-off of the global technology company Framatome, specializing in storage technologies, renewable energy, and industrial services. A few days later, we received a visit from Ruhrbahn, the German public transport operator and end customer of the project.
During the first visit, our strategic partner Framatome, with whom we have been working closely for months on adapting our H35 High Flow compressed hydrogen dispenser to their needs, reviewed the manufacturing status of the first of the three dispensers, which will be installed in Germany for the purpose of bus refuelling.
This dispenser is the result of an intense collaboration between the technical and commercial teams of both companies, with the aim of developing a solution that will serve as a model for future Framatome projects.
A week later, a delegation from Ruhrbahn came to our facilities to supervise the Factory Acceptance Tests of the dispenser intended for their fleet of vehicles.
The equipment incorporates several key adaptations to cater to the operational needs of the end customer:
The three units will be installed in the German city of Essen, contributing to Ruhrbahn's commitment to cleaner and more sustainable public mobility.
At Cetil, we are proud of the trust that Framatome and Ruhrbahn have placed in our technology, as well as the professionalism of our teams and the performance of our new facilities; an essential part in ensuring a flexible, rigorous manufacturing process that rises to the challenge.
