Professional collaboration with PRF in Den Helder

We have great news to share!

The hard work carried out in collaboration with PRF in Den Helder has paid off. In December 2025, the CETIL equipment was successfully commissioned, and we were present for both the NMI verification and the validation of the CEP Wenger fuelling protocol by CESAME.

Beyond meeting challenging deadlines and successfully testing a new version, the project concluded with the renewal of the OIML R139 certification and SAT validation.

Thanks to the technical rigour of our colleagues at CETIL, along with the invaluable collaboration of PRF, this represents a significant milestone and a clear example of cooperation and excellence.

The Port of Den Helder hosts several green hydrogen facilities, including this HRS operated by Teal (a joint venture between Air Liquide and Total Energies).

This project features our Cetil E30 H2 dispenser, metrologically certified in the Netherlands, enabling Teal to supply hydrogen to both land vehicles (trucks, buses and cars) and vessels.

At Cetil, we are collaborating with CESAME on the factory acceptance testing (FAT) of all available fuelling protocols, so that the subsequent site acceptance testing (SAT) of our dispensers can be carried out efficiently, ensuring success for both us and our clients.

Thanks to our professional collaboration with PRF and the trust placed in our work, we continue to strengthen our commitment to innovation and precision metrology, opening the door to further national and international certifications for future challenges.

On to the next one!
