2iMaquin is the solution of 2i Informática Industrial for the automation and control of a complete petrol station, whatever its size and whatever working method needed. From a fuelling point for self-consumption to petrol stations with more than 20 fuelling points with attended and unattended operations, including completely unattended petrol stations, with or without store, etc.
The power of the heart of this system allows simple management and more complex one which ensures that the efficiency of a small petrol station is applied to a large installation and that the control over a large station is also applied at more modest ones.
The system centralizes, controls and acts as a server for the different peripherals that compose a petrol station. A unique database, which feds all the elements that make up the installation, allows, in a very simple and easy way, to manage all the available articles.
This structure allows easily the adaptation of new functionalities, extensions, that you need, in a very simple and modular way. This system allows a station to increase its size, as the business grows, without having to double expenses with things that will no longer be used. The entire system is expandable, scalable.
Main characteristics
- Control all the dispensers of your petrol station. We have interfaces with all market models, including via LON protocol and, if the installation has a DOMS, we can also connect to it. It even allows the control of electric recharging points.
- Connects to outdoor payment terminals (OPT) that can work with any Spanish bank. All bank payment cards, own-use cards and transport cards are accepted. It also allows to operate with banknote acceptors with a safe.
- Allows the connection of payment terminals in each dispenser. Accepting all bank cards, own-use and transport cards. Being able to operate with any financial institution and third-party validation centres.
- Allows payment in cash for attended operations through automatic payment modules with return of change. The retailer does not touch the money so no errors with change are made. Also, through bank card, avoiding errors in the introduction of the amount.
- Manages the forecourt in attended mode and the sale of store items through the point of sale terminal.
- Generates in real time information that can be managed from backoffice applications. It allows online operation, managing a single database, price changes from a single post and, in case of having more than one petrol station, get the information of all instantly.
- Allows connection with vehicle identification systems such as FUELOPASS. The system allows the control of fleets performing agile and fast refuelling operations.
- Allows identification of customers through contactless cards, RFID keyrings, or customer codes, it is a low-cost alternative that allows control of access to fuelling operations.
- Allows the reading of the car plate by means of cameras and artificial vision systems for the identification of the client, being able to manage this identification as if it were a loyalty or credit card, being able to combine the security system with a personal number...
- Connects to access control system to areas allowed only for customers such as parking, etc.
- Controls the use of carwash through a more reliable code system than the traditional token method. Ideal for promotions or gifts.
- Control vending machines. As for example tobacco machines, so that the sale is made from the counter...
- It allows the control of the level of the tanks and, in case the console allows it, to make reconciliation with the forecourt data to detect and correct leaks and losses.
