MEDICIÓN Y TRANSPORTE, S.A., has resolved a partial spin-off of its branch activity devoted to the manufacture, development and commercialization of pump devices and other equipment related to the oil industry in favour of the company CETIL DISPENSING TECHNOLOGY, S.L. From 21 December 2015. Therefore, CETIL DISPENSING TECHNOLOGY, S.L., will subrogate any and all business relationships with suppliers and customers maintained by MEDICIÓN Y TRANSPORTE, S.A., until such date. The company CETIL DISPENSING TECHNOLOGY, S.L., will have the same registered office as MEDICIÓN Y TRANSPORTE, S.A., that is to say, Algete, Calle Pelaya, 37, Polígono Industrial Río de Janeiro, 28110 - Madrid, and its shareholding structure and governing body will remain unchanged.
